Clean and comfortable room. Quiet and dark. Bathroom tub area needs some caulk repair. Breakfast choice is missing fresh fruit and plain oatmeal or grits.
The room was clean , just had a old musty moldy smell I kept my Clothes in the car due to this ! Housekeeping cleaned my room 1 day out of the 6 and did not leave me washcloth got one from the desk and it looked like my grandmas dusting cloth … Mrs Toni in the breakfast was amazing . After the 1st day she saved me a bagel food was always fresh !!! Other than the smell it was good for the price !!

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Awesome water pressure! That’s a big plus, especially when you have lots of thick hair. Lots of plug options for cords and electronics. Breakfast was good. Wish they had cereal for my husband, but he enjoyed the sausage. Easy check in and out. They accept pets for a reasonable fee.
Absolute gem of a hotel. Most hotels in Marshall have spotty, low ranking reviews. Almost caused me to stay in Shreveport and risk being on Live PD. This place and the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the over all vibe is a win for travelers and vacationers.
Check in/out was easy and stress free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made you feel like you were a friend and not just a guest. Also high praise to their staff because I left my silver wedding band and they reached out to me right away letting me know they had it at the front desk for me. The facility was clean and organized. Some of the carpet and furniture in the room had signs of wear and tear but overall the room was clean, well stocked and comfortable.
The rooms seem newly remodeled. The first room we got was on the second floor with king bed and jacuzzi tub. When we walked in the room it smelled like smoke and was horrible. My husband requested another room with same amenities and we were moved to a first floor room with no smoke. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. In the second room we got we were greeted with a ton of ladybugs all over the bathroom ceiling. I have read it’s not uncommon in hotels as they seek warmth and moisture. We were fine with it, ladybugs are good omens, lol. The complimentary breakfast was great! I highly recommend the waffles that are shaped like the state of Texas. Furthermore, the biscuits are legit homemade and AMAZING!!! The bed was super super super comfortable!!! We also had our dog so the hotel is pet friendly.
